Membership Fee Refund

You may request a refund for your membership fee if one or more of the following conditions apply:

  1. New Membership: You purchased the membership within the last 60 days.
  2. Accidental Purchase: You purchased our membership by mistake.
  3. Limited Participation: You attended our club rides only once.
  4. Health Constraints: Due to health conditions, you cannot continue riding your bike.
  5. Location Changes: You moved house, and the traveling time exceeds more than 1 hour.

Partial or Full Refund: Depending on your specific circumstances and the length of your membership, we may issue a partial refund or provide a refund in full. Please email us for more information regarding your individual case.

Online Store items

You may request a refund for items purchased in our online store if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Condition of Items: The items must be new and unused.
  2. Purchase Timeframe: You purchased the items within the last 14 days.
  3. Packaging Requirements: You have the original packaging, tags, or bags.

Additionally, one or more of the following scenarios must apply:

  • You purchased the items by accident.
  • You purchased the wrong type or wrong size.
