We are thrilled to announce that our Surrey Cycling Club Race Team is live and already competing in various races. Our team is vibrant, competitive, and always open to welcoming new members who share our passion for cycling and racing. If you're interested in joining a dynamic and supportive race team, this is your chance!

START 2024

STEP 1

Assemble racing team of at least 5x members from within our club and local community.

STEP 2

Schedule regular training sessions for racing team at faster pace with our experienced club members.

STEP 3

We would love to team up with the UK or local businesses who would like to sponsor us in 2024.

STEP 4

Design our Racing Kit with our Partner Kalas but keeping our main Club branding in place.

STEP 5

All RT (Racing Team) members would have to get their racing licence registerred with British Cycling.

STEP 6

Build up a momentum and start racing with other fellow members at Hillingdon, Thruxton or other places.

Our Jersey

We've selected Kalas as our main Race Kit partner, continuing our strong partnership into the third year. Together with our Race Team and Kalas, we've chosen the PRO Razor short sleeve jersey, a highly versatile piece designed to meet the demands of professional teams. The jersey's lightweight and breathable fabrics help keep you cool and dry, while its highly elastic construction ensures a comfortable aero fit. This no-compromise racing jersey focuses on one thing only: pure performance.

Bib shorts

In addition to the jersey, we've selected the GOFFRATO+ Bib Shorts. Made from Italian fabric, these bib shorts are highly elastic and provide excellent muscle support due to their compressive nature. The fine-knitted, compressive quality ensures a close fit and enhanced aerodynamics, making them perfect for high-performance racing.

Goodwood

Known for its smooth tarmac and historical significance, the 2.4-mile Goodwood Motor Circuit is perfect for fast-paced racing.

Thruxton

Famous as the fastest circuit in the UK, Thruxton’s 2.4-mile track is wide and challenging, ideal for testing our riders’ high-speed handling skills.

Mountbatten

A flat and fast track, perfect for crit races and developing sprinting techniques.

Guildford

A highlight of the racing calendar, attracting top talent from across the country.

Hillingdon

A popular circuit known for its safe and competitive racing environment, great for developing strategic racing skills.

Road Races

Our team excels in road racing, tackling various courses with determination and strategy.

Our team is not only expanding but also advancing, with many members moving up from Cat 4 to Cat 3. We have already celebrated numerous victories and anticipate many more in the upcoming seasons.
